Atlantic Avenue Terminal Complex

Kleinberg Electric completed the electrical rehabilitation of the Atlantic Avenue Terminal station, one of most bustling transit hubs in New York City, while the station remained active. The scope of work for the 48-month project included new EDRs, EPRs, power, lighting, escalators, elevators, signal work and communication work. In order to keep the station accessible and functioning for passengers, Kleinberg Electric hung the existing tracks via pile construction while new passageways were being constructed underneath. The project was completed for Schiavone Construction Co.
