Lincoln Tunnel

The Lincoln Tunnel spans 1.5 miles under the Hudson River, and is a key subterranean transportation route connecting New Jersey and New York. Kleinberg Electric was the electrical contractor responsible for renovating two of the tunnel’s three tubes. The scope of work included the removal and replacement of high-voltage feeders, as well as communication and lighting upgrades throughout the tunnel. The general contractor was Schiavone Construction Co.
