Project Assistant

Fundamental to this role is to be able to work independently as well as a team member and be eager to learn.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Position Description:
  • Participate in the work planning activities.
  • Assist the Project Manager with the submittal
  • preparation and reviews, invoicing, scheduling, and PM tasks.
  • Prepare required reports and documentation.
  • Work with suppliers to submit drawings required.
  • Prepare logs for submittals, approvals and change orders.
  • Perform any additional duties as required.
Qualifications Required:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and perform as a team player
  • Ability to independently complete projects on a timely manner and meet deadlines
Experience:
  • Electrical construction 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
